Fill in the form above and download a professional PDF invoice in under a minute: no signup, no email address, nothing to install. It's a real invoice, generated the same way Billebly builds one for its own merchants, with the same tax and discount maths.
How to use it
- Enter your business name and the client's name
- Pick the currency and add line items with a quantity and unit price
- Optionally add contact details, VAT numbers, dates, a tax rate, a discount, or the IBAN your client should pay to
- Download the PDF and send it to your client
Invoicing the same clients again? A free Billebly account remembers your clients and business details, numbers every invoice for you, and sends each one with an online payment link.
What an EU invoice needs
Most EU countries follow the VAT Directive's list of mandatory invoice details. Make sure yours has:
- A unique, sequential invoice number and the issue date
- Your name, address, and VAT number, and your client's name and address
- Your client's VAT number if the reverse charge applies
- A description of what you supplied, with quantity and unit price
- The tax rate and tax amount per rate, and the total
The guide to writing an invoice clients pay on time goes through each of these with examples, and invoice numbering and record keeping covers how to keep your numbers in order.
